Tokyo, Japan, The Ono Shopping Street near Akihabara,
which was under construction and about to be officially opened,
became the target of an attack by Japanese terrorists who had just
stolen a truck from Tokyo Prison and escaped police pursuit: they stormed
the street and kidnapped four workers from the shopping street, attempting
to use them as hostages to force the Tokyo government to provide a helicopter—
piloted by the Japanese military—to evacuate them out of
the country and cease the manhunt.
Counter-Terrorists(Kidotai)'s Missions:
The fugitives who escaped from Tokyo Prison
are currently in this shopping district under construction,
accompanied by four hostages. Your objective is to either
storm the shopping district, rescue the four hostages held
captive in a restaurant, and lead them to safety, or execute
all the fugitives on the spot without endangering the hostages' lives.
Terrorists(Akunins)'s Missions:
You’ve managed to steal a truck from Tokyo Prison
and evade the police: now that you have hostages, you're in a
position to negotiate with the Tokyo government. However,
before you can get your hands on the helicopter you need, the
Counter-Terrorists have entered the shopping district with the
intent of stealing your hostages. Defend the shopping district
and your hostages, and eliminate the Counter-Terrorists to
force the government to comply.
Other Notes:
There are 4 hostages are being held in the shopping district.
